Huntington WV Area Habitat for Humanity Dedicates 77th House
Sophie Moton and family received a wonderful gift just in time for the holidays when Huntington WV Area Habitat for Humanity dedicated the family's home on Thursday, December 22. Located at 1746 Artisan Avenue, the house is the 77th build by the affiliate in Cabell County.
Marking the second partnership build with the students of the Cabell County Career Technology Center (CCCTC), this collaborative effort allows students to apply the knowledge they have acquired in the classroom to the worksite. Students worked on all aspects of the home including construction, wiring of electrical components, installation of heating and air systems, as well as working with Sophie and family on the interior design.

Huntington WV Area Habitat for Humanity has started construction of the affiliate's third partnership build with the students of Cabell County Career Technology Center (CCCTC) and plans to start construction an additional two houses in the next 30 to 60 days.
