HFH of Kanawha and Putnam County

Nearly 3,000 people attended the Kanawha Valley Sustainability Fair at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore on Piedmont Road on May 22. The event promoted economic, environmental and social sustainability. It featured music, food and children's activities, plus exhibits from more than 100 local vendors.
Whether you were interested in animals and agriculture, art and music, fuel efficiency, renewable and alternative energy, education, activism, community development, resource conservation, or just wanted to get some tasty treats, everyone found an exhibit that grabbed their attention. There was practical demonstrations and local entertainment throughout the day.
